Alliant Castings is committed to the highest engineering performance in wear-resistant parts. To that end, we have recently made a series of major investments in new casting technologies, including newer induction furnaces and a state-of-the-art spectrometer for analyzing alloy chemistry. The upshot: tighter chemistry control, cleaner casting surface finish and better all-round product performance for our clients. We’ve also extended our capacity to provide larger castings and medium volume casting quantities.

Cost-effectiveness is critical to delivering quality castings at prices that are fully competitive in the US market. Our investment in automation, plus the implementation of “lean manufacturing” processes, enables us to produce more for less, and we make sure our clients benefit from the savings.

We offer the choice of no-bake casting for highest quality of finish and dimensional control or green sand casting for a lower price solution. Where both options could be viable, we will work with your engineers to select the most appropriate technology.
